Eric Channing is blessed to serve as Hope's Lead Pastor. His tenure began in September 2022 after ten years of pastoral ministry in various roles at College Church in Wheaton, IL, mostly in the areas of pastoral care and college ministry. Eric is happily married to Sara, and together they have six wonderful children, five boys and one girl, ranging from a high schooler down to a toddler. They love children, and yes, they have an active home!

Eric has a deep passion for others to know Jesus Christ and to grow in relationship with Him. Eric is committed to Word-centered ministry that is fueled by prayer (Acts 6:4). He preaches expositional sermons, normally preaching through entire books of the Old and New Testaments. You can find Eric cheering at his children's activities, reading nonfiction, on a date with his wife, or just hanging out with friends. He is a sport guy - basketball being his favorite - who loves watching or reading about an exciting game (not too much playing these days).

Eric loves people. The Lord has given him a strong desire to shepherd God's people at Hope Fellowship in a biblically faithful, Spirit-empowered, and Christ-exalting manner. He hopes to meet you on a Sunday morning in the near future!

Jared Cochrum serves as the Associate Pastor at Hope Fellowship. Prior to serving at Hope Fellowship, Jared, his wife Megan and their son Silas lived in Philadelphia where Jared served as the College Director at Tenth Presbyterian Church. After meeting at Wheaton College and marrying in 2012, Jared and Megan developed a mutual love for the church during their [first] time attending Hope Fellowship. They were compelled by the emphasis on hospitality and community, undergirded by the clear preaching of God's Word. This has shaped their ministry philosophy and is something they desire to replicate moving forward. They seek to spend much of their lives welcoming more people into the church and seeing Christ's Kingdom grow. Outside of ministry, they enjoy taking walks as a family and playing with their son Silas.

Tori Lindemulder serves as the Church Office Assistant at Hope Fellowship. Prior to serving at Hope, Tori was a special education teacher for 6 years, but has since left to dedicate more time to raising her daughter, Baylee. Tori and her husband Cam have attended Hope since 2017. They feel a great sense of community and care from the body of Hope and felt that this role as Office Assistant would provide unique ways for Tori to serve and care for the church community in return. Aside from administrative duties, Tori, in conjunction with Cam, desires to see the truths of the gospel reach the local community and the world for His Glory through the people and mission of Hope Fellowship.

Nolan and Hilary Lamb both serve as Worship Leaders at Hope Fellowship. Before joining the team at Hope, they have served on other worship teams for over 10 years. After meeting at Lutherdale Bible Camp in 2005 and getting married in 2009, Nolan and Hilary have used their God given talents to demonstrate their joint passion to worship God through music. Outside of serving Hope in this way, Nolan works as a high school math teacher and Hilary an elementary school teacher who is currently home with their three children. In their free time, Nolan and Hilary enjoy spending time with family and friends, being active outdoors, and playing board games. Nolan and Hilary faithfully serve Hope on Sunday mornings, leading the church in worship through their musical talents and devotion to the Lord.
